• Employer requests: company name, contact name, email, phone, project location, role required, project details, and any attachments you provide.
• Worker applications: name, email, phone, city/province, trade or role, years of experience, tickets and certifications, availability, and your uploaded resume.
• Contact submissions: name, email, phone, message, and inquiry type.
• Aski IQ interest: name, email, company, and your interest type.
• Site analytics: aggregated, non-identifying information about page visits and form interactions to help us improve the site.

3. How we use it

Information you submit is reviewed by Blair Ventures directly. We use it to respond to your request, match staffing needs, follow up on opportunities, and operate our business. We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. How we protect it

Resume uploads and form submissions are stored in secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized Blair Ventures personnel reviewing requests and applications.

5. How long we keep it

We retain employer and worker submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to support active and future placement opportunities. You can request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting us at info@blairventures.ca.
