Yes. Resume uploads are kept private. Your information is reviewed by Blair Ventures directly and is not shared publicly. We may keep your resume on file for future opportunities that match your background.
Many projects require specific tickets (CSTS, OSSA, H2S Alive, First Aid, trade tickets, etc.). Submit what you have — we'll match you to roles where your certifications fit. If you don't have a specific ticket yet, still apply; we may be able to direct you to options.
Yes. Many projects require travel or camp work. Indicate your travel willingness in the form so we can match you to the right opportunities.
