Who we are.
Blair Ventures is an Indigenous-owned company based in Edmonton, Alberta. Our roots are in construction, industrial, infrastructure, and resource-sector workforce — supplying the people, leadership, and project support needed to deliver complex work safely and on time. We're now extending that same model into IT and technology-driven project environments, where reliable project staffing and field-grade execution are just as critical.
Our work is guided by values that shape how we lead, communicate, partner, and deliver. We believe strong projects are built through trust, accountability, respect, and the right people in the right roles.
